Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven Wealth Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for prospects, you will be responsible for understanding their profile, explaining our advisory model, and onboarding them into our personalized stock portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales or advisory roles in financial services, a strong academic background, and exceptional communication skills. They will also possess deep knowledge of financial markets, MFs, stocks, and investment strategies.

As a Wealth Manager, you will play a critical role in managing your sales pipeline, closing deals, and hitting your acquisition targets. You will also run quarterly video reviews with each client, break down portfolio performance, compare it to benchmarks, answer queries, and build trust.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Be the first point of contact for prospects and onboard them into our personalized stock portfolios.
  2. Manage your sales pipeline, close deals, and hit your acquisition targets.
  3. Run quarterly video reviews with each client and build trust.
  4. Keep the communication flowing with clients through emails, calls, nudges, updates, and ensure they always feel informed and taken care of.
  5. Spot opportunities to grow each portfolio, cross-sell PMS, upsell allocations, and deepen wallet share.
  6. Dive into client portfolios and suggest smart improvements aligned with our core investment philosophy.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or advisory roles in financial services (banks, AMCs, wealth firms, etc.)
  • Strong academic background
  • Exceptional communication skills - clear, confident, and convincing
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets, MFs, stocks, and investment strategies
  • High sales ownership and strong relationship-building instincts
  • Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms
