Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of cybersecurity training programs, including curriculum design, instructor training, and student assessment. The successful candidate will oversee the academy's curriculum development, manage training delivery, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of all cybersecurity education initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Academic Collaborations:
    • Engage with leading universities and academies
    • Design and develop curriculum for cyber security capacity building
    • Define learning pedagogy based on stakeholder requirements and roles
    • Drive collaborations with industry experts and academia
  • Strategic Planning & Leadership:
    • Develop a comprehensive cyber security training roadmap
    • Align the Cyber Academy with the overall goals of the Cyber Security CoE
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps
    • Drive change in a fast-evolving tech landscape
  • Curriculum Development & Management:
    • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of cybersecurity training courses, workshops, and certifications
    • Ensure that the curriculum covers a wide range of cybersecurity topics
