Job Overview

Premier Energies Limited is a leading solar cell and module manufacturer in India, with a commitment to quality and sustainability. We operate advanced facilities with 2 GW cell and 5.1 GW module capacity, and are expanding into TOPCon technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Full Time B. Tech /Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical)

The ideal candidate should have strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills, with prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry highly preferred.
