Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Machining Supervisor. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of CNC machines, ensuring high-quality products are produced, and leading a team of skilled technicians.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, program, and set up CNC machining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of machine performance, maintenance schedules, and quality control metrics.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in CNC machining techniques and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in CNC machining or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials science, and manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
