Job Title: Senior Agile Project Lead

For a high-impact international project, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Agile Project Lead with strong project management skills to oversee projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results in fast-paced environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Lead the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of project metrics and KPIs using Azure DevOps dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience.
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project manager (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery.
  • Proficiency in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Fluent in English.
