The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects in delivery and project management roles, with a focus on high-quality execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring team members remain motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-11 years of experience in managing large-scale projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Expertise in SAP project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
