Account Success Professional

We are seeking a skilled Account Success Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for helping trial users see value in our services and ultimately turn them into long-term, paying customers.

Your primary goal will be to own relationships with trial users and make them successful advocates for our brand. You will achieve this by driving trial conversions through early engagement, understanding user goals, and showcasing a clear path to value.

  • Relationship Ownership: Be the go-to person for helping trial users succeed and become true fans of our brand.
  • Conversion Drive: Proactively engage users early on, understand their objectives, and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Stuck Account Resolution: Proactively unblock accounts that are experiencing difficulties and get them back on track.
  • High-Touch Onboarding: Lead high-touch onboarding and activation processes for high-potential users.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and growth teams to share insights and improve the overall trial experience.
  • Account Health Monitoring: Monitor account health, usage patterns, and engagement signals to identify opportunities and act promptly.

Fitness Criteria:

- You genuinely enjoy helping others and feel fulfilled when your customers achieve success.

- You have at least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role where you've driven outcomes and revenue.

- You prefer consultative approaches, discussing ROI, business outcomes, and what success entails.

- You take a genuine interest in conversations with people from diverse backgrounds to learn about their lives.
