Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, building strong relationships with healthcare providers and vendors, developing strategies to optimize operations, and leading a team of operations and support staff.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Overseeing Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of HealthSy in Coimbatore, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects of the business.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, vendors, and other partners to ensure effective collaboration and support.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies and plans to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of HealthSy in Coimbatore.
  • Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of operations and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure they meet their objectives and deliver high-quality services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that services provided by our partnered doctors, retail pharmacies, and home healthcare services meet the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data and generate reports to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Customer Support: Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and minimizing business disruptions.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively to support operational objectives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within HealthSy and external stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements

To succeed as an Operations Executive at HealthSy, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or healthcare management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with budget management and financial planning.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
