Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BPO Operations Manager to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing BPO operations, driving performance improvements, and delivering exceptional client service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the BPO team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications:
  • 6-11 years of experience in BPO operations or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
