City Community Builder

Our mission at Cityscope is to build a dynamic, community-driven platform that brings together people, content, and creators. We're designing a new kind of map that's made by the people who live in it.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in community management, creator relations, social media, or cultural programming. They should have a strong understanding of digital tools, city-based networks, and WhatsApp-first communities.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and growing city-based WhatsApp groups, creator clubs, and interest-based channels
- Launching and moderating hyperlocal hubs – supporting events, creators, and contributors across categories
- Developing a calendar of offline meetups, pop-ups, club events, and gatherings
- Creating rituals, challenges, and activities that keep members engaged and inspired
We're looking for a self-starter who can prototype and make things happen, an empathetic leader who listens and supports others, a culture-obsessed individual who's tuned into what's trending, and a systems thinker who enjoys building structures that help others thrive.
Key responsibilities also include creating a positive and inclusive community environment, ensuring that all community members feel welcome and valued.
