Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Operations: Ensure seamless day-to-day management of our social media activities, maintaining brand voice and engaging with followers on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Brand Awareness Growth: Develop and implement monthly strategies to grow and maintain our online presence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our Brand Team to create actionable plans to expand and retain our audience across all popular social media channels.
  • Tone and Voice Alignment: Align tone, voice, and terminology with our brand guidelines.
  • Progress Analysis: Utilize analytical tools like Google Analytics to monitor progress on all platforms.
  • Editorial Calendar Management: Create and execute the monthly editorial calendar, including quarterly objectives and initiatives.
  • Engaging Content Creation: Develop compelling text, image, and video content that resonates with our target audience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Professional certification in social media or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and HubSpot.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience in targeting audiences and tailoring marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
  • A solid understanding of marketing strategy and the ability to apply it across social channels.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for content creation and management.
