About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Platform Success Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience working with schools and parents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with schools and activity providers across the city, using their problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks, while also being able to follow a process and use templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH SCHOOLS AND ACTIVITY PROVIDERS
  • RESOLVING ISSUES AND PROBLEMS
  • WORKING INDEPENDENTLY AND TAKING OWNERSHIP OF TASKS

Requirements:

Strong communication skills

Experience working with schools and parents

Problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Ability to follow a process and use templates
