Business Development Representative

The key to our success lies in identifying and cultivating strong business relationships. We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a driven individual to research, identify, and engage potential business leads in the USA market. The successful candidate will utilize various tools to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, supporting the Business Development and Sales teams.

This role involves:

  • Utilizing sales navigation tools to research and identify potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Generating and maintaining a database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
  • Sending personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  • Tracking and managing conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with the Business Development and Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with company goals.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
  • Familiarity with sales navigator and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
