Contract Renewal Specialist Opportunity

This is an exciting role that requires a highly organized professional with excellent operational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze client data and create customized documentation for clients at scale.

The Contract Renewal Analyst will play a key role in supporting our go-to-market strategy by working closely with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives on renewal document preparation, including supplying teams with contract quotes and supporting documentation for ongoing client renewal conversations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and manage contracts, ensuring timely execution and successful renewal outcomes.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, using various internal and external tools to inform business decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and implement processes that drive efficiency and scalability in contract management.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or contract management, preferably in a high-growth industry with a track record of exceeding performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and contract management systems is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
