Role Overview

The Contracts Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining service contracts within our systems, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and compliance with company processes. This is primarily a backend role with occasional client-facing interactions to gather contract-related details and ensure smooth communication. The role requires excellent Excel skills and strong comfort with collaboration tools such as MS Teams to handle day-to-day operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain managed service contracts within internal systems.
  • Ensure accuracy of contract terms, dates, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and occasionally with clients to capture contract-related inputs.
  • Generate and maintain reports in Excel to track renewals, expirations, and key client commitments.
  • Support the Contracts Manager in preparing summaries, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
  • Travel up to 10% across India to client sites for contract discussions or clarifications.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management or related backend processes.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboard creation) and working knowledge of MS Teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for basic client interactions.
