We are seeking a seasoned expert in derivative law to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading banks or financial institutions, with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.

The successful individual will have exposure to European, Asian, and US markets, as well as a sound understanding of corporate and contract law. They will also possess extensive experience in drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts and agreements, including ISDA Master Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, and other derivatives-related documents.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration and team management skills, be self-motivated, and able to train teams on derivative documents. A sound legal understanding and advanced knowledge of finance-based contracts and derivative business will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities will include negotiating derivative documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements.
