Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Equity Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, providing expert equity advisory services, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • HNI Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new HNI clients, developing and executing tailored marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Equity Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on equity products and derivatives, ensuring clients make informed investment decisions.
  • Business Growth: Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and optimal product mix, while continuously improving business generation from existing and new clients.
  • Relationship Management: Cement existing relationships and develop new ones, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of client needs.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the broking industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to acquire, advise, and manage top-end client relationships.
  • Expert knowledge of equity and derivatives products, as well as a solid understanding of equities markets.
  • Certification in the Equity and Derivative Segment is mandatory.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Graduation or MBA degree from a recognized institution.
