Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Asset Management professional to manage existing assets, monitor portfolio performance, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset management of existing portfolios
  • Regular portfolio performance monitoring and reporting
  • Tracking project progress against underwriting assumptions on a frequent basis, including updating financial models and interacting with relevant teams
  • Preparation of approval documents for board review
  • Inputs in the development of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Support in launching new investment opportunities - Preparation of financial models and presentations
  • Drafting committee papers to present investment opportunities to the board and key stakeholders.
  • Preparation of management reports and materials for presentation to the board and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • CA/ CFA / MBA in Finance
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to deliver, lead, motivate and empower team members to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills - oral/written.
  • Positive Attitude and self-starter, leadership skills
  • Ability to take ownership, team player, problem-solving skills
  • Good Presentation Skills, analytical skills, strong networking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
