Business Analyst

A Business Analyst plays a vital role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing processes, identifying gaps, and suggesting solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing a thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX modules, including General Ledger, Budget, Fixed Asset, Taxation (GST), Account Payable, Account Receivable, Costing, Trade and Logistic, and Inventory.
  2. Collaborating with clients to gather their business requirements, study existing processes, and devise innovative solutions to achieve their desired business state.
  3. Conducting comprehensive business process analysis to determine gaps between the current and desired states, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  4. Participating in workshops to analyze customer requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  5. Preparing high-quality business analysis documentation, including BRD, FRD, FDD, User Manuals, and Requirement Traceability Matrix.
  6. Configuring and setting up Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 applications.
  7. Mapping business scenarios within Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.
  8. Performing user acceptance testing.
  9. Delivering functional-level training to end-users.
  10. Managing change requests and maintaining related documents.
  11. Providing ongoing support to existing clients.
