Job Title: Compliance Executive

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Executive to assist with day-to-day compliance activities in our growing team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Carry out basic secretarial compliance tasks including preparation and filing of statutory forms such as annual returns, Memorandum Articles Association (MAA), and board resolutions.
    • Assist in accounting-related activities such as vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support for financial transactions.
    • Support in statutory compliances like Goods and Services Tax (GST), Income Tax, Provident Fund (PF), and Professional Tax (PT) filings.
    • Maintain company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures in accordance with the Companies Act.
    • Draft simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation such as board meeting minutes and shareholders' resolution.
    • Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements for clients.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field is necessary for this role.
  • Applicants must have 2–3 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Accounting, or Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles, company law, and secretarial compliances is essential.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals like MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc. is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word, along with exposure to accounting software like Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks is preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
