Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Risk Professional to join our fast-growing organization. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and assisting in audits.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in a dynamic environment.

  • Monitor, interpret, and implement regulatory guidelines relevant to the business.
  • Ensure timely filings and reporting to regulators.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular internal reviews and compliance risk assessments.
  • Identify process gaps and propose corrective actions.
  • Track remediation of compliance issues and ensure timely closure.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA (Inter), CS, MBA (Finance)
  • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management, preferably in fintech or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of RBI, SEBI, FEMA, AML, and other financial regulations.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring tools and MS Excel-based reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
