About the Role:Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Communication: Establish and maintain consistent communication with both current and potential customers to better understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Sales Activity Oversight: Monitor and manage all sales activities within the assigned territory to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
  3. Prefixed Meetings: Collaborate with the pre-sales team to capitalize on in-house generated leads and ensure seamless handover for prefixed meetings.
  4. Sales Lead Identification: Proactively seek out new sales leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline, requiring a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
  5. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to develop smart and efficient processes that enhance the overall customer experience and streamline operations.
  6. Sales Strategy Development: Craft robust sales strategies that align with organizational goals and adapt them as needed based on market dynamics to ensure sustained success.
  7. Lead Follow-Up: Consistently follow up on business leads and referrals to demonstrate commitment and maintain momentum throughout the sales process.
  8. Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value proposition effectively, influencing purchasing decisions positively.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction/ Real Estate industry.
  • Experience and passion for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The capacity to identify challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develop creative solutions to overcome them.
