Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Agile/Scrum

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our project operations from inception to execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines, and supervising team members of multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain project budgets and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Supervise team members and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Document instructions for end-users and assist with testing of the final product
  • Communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project
  • Proactively identify risks and issues on projects and develop risk management and issues management plans
  • Anticipate problems before they occur and define strategies to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget
  • Develop and manage plans to address project strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment
  • Relevant experience in a related technical field (application development, project management deployment/implementation, and infrastructure)
  • Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
  • Work experience of managing software development teams of 5 to 7 members
  • Work experience in defining project KPIs and metrics
  • Work experience of the end-to-end project from concept to delivery
  • Mastery of project management methodology, tools, and templates
  • Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed, multifunctional IT organization
  • Experience of working with 3rd party vendors/internal IT team to implement cloud technologies
  • Experience across packaged and bespoke systems and infrastructure, ideally on an international basis
  • Management skills to manage one or more large, complex projects simultaneously
  • IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all project phases
  • Mastery knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools, and techniques
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA
  • Experience of delivering multiple enterprise-scale technology projects in Java/J2ee, Microservices, Containerization, and Devops capability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English
