You will mainly be working on delivering large scale web applications and microservices mostly using meta frameworks based on React.JS e.g Next.JS, Remix, Gatsby and using headless CMS like Sitecore XM cloud, Contentful, Prismic etc along with relevant cloud native technologies from leading cloud providers AWS, GCP, Azure and Vercel.

You will be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment and will be leading a team of engineers at all levels delivering critical functionality for high profile global client(s), working alongside other technology streams and disciplines.

You will be working along-side with other Technical architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Creative Design, CloudOps, QA Engineers, and other teams working on different layers.

Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving and creating quality products is essential.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to define and design scalable, high- performance web applications using microfrontend and microservices pattern.

- Actively participate during initial scaffolding phase of project to define, design and develop over all technical architecture and integration / deployment pattern.

- Be the conduit between UK leads, architects and engineers in India.

- Overall technical responsibility for project(s) within respective work stream and leading developers.

- Raise technical issues and risks with the lead architect and project managers.

- Encourage and lead best practice within the project team to ensure we continue to produce high quality work.

- Be the first technical escalation point for the project team.

- Ensure documentation/knowledge base of the project is kept up to date among the Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solution design documents.

- Provide project estimations and technical task breakdown based on business requirements.

- Execute technical spikes / POC for unknown areas and document results.

- Candidate should be ready to do hands-on development as its hands-on role.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Around 9+ years of experience with full stack technologies with previous experience of being lead developer on various enterprise projects.

- Proficient in working with Front-end, Back-end and Cloud native technologies to deliver high quality technical solutions.

- Relevant experience as technical architect with experience in solution design documentation and creating system integration/component diagrams.

- Experience with setting up and scaffolding of new project build using industry standard tools, templates and technologies.

- Proficient in React.JS based meta frameworks like Next.JS, Remix and Gatsby for server side rendering of React application.

- Proficient in working with Next JS 13+ using app router and RSC (react server components).

- Experience with headless CMS integration e.g Contentful, Prismic, Sitecore XM cloud AEM, Strapi etc mainly using GraphQL.

- Expert in working with React.JS and having in-depth understanding of various advanced features and best practices.

- Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS pre-processing tools and Tailwind.

- Experienced in working on project using Microfrontends and Monorepo tools like Turborepo or Nx or Lerna etc.

- Proficient and experienced in working with Back-end programming languages like Node.JS.

- Experience in working with Cloud native technologies based on AWS, GCP, Azure and Vercel.

- Experienced in working with RDBMS and SQL.

- Strong experience in developing and integrating APIs using REST/SOAP/GraphQL and API security best practices.

- Experience in API Management using tools like APIGEE / AWS API Gateway.

- Strong experience in various unit and integration testing tools.

- Knowledge of SEO, accessibility standards, performance optimization, web vitals and consent management platforms.

- Experience in various authentication/authorization mechanisms and best practices e.g oAuth.

- Setting up build and deployment pipeline using CI tools like Bamboo, BitBucket pipelines, CircleCI etc.
