Job Title: Technical Solutions Architect


About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Architect to join our team at Marktine Technology Solutions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and configure CRM customizations, workflows, and integrations to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring the application of best practices and high-quality standards.
  • Oversee and mentor team members, facilitating their technical growth and addressing complex challenges.
  • Plan, test, and deploy software solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop and execute deployment strategies, including data migration, system integration, and user training.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies, including new features and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to established guidelines and meeting agreed-upon timeframes.
  • Conduct reviews and audits of CRM solutions to verify their alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

Qualifications:



  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including design, implementation, and customization.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and playing a Technical Architect role in previous projects.

Technical Skills:



  • Expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM customization, workflows, integrations, and data management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Soft Skills:



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
