PHP Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Architect to lead the design, development, and architecture of complex web applications.

• Define and implement the overall architecture of web applications, considering performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure PHP applications using Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Zend Framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize application performance through code refactoring, database tuning, and caching mechanisms.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PHP trends and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

• Proven experience as a PHP Architect with a minimum of 10-15 years of hands-on development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in PHP 7/8, SQL, and Shell scripting.
• In-depth knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Zend Framework).
• Strong database design and optimization skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with web servers (Apache), caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcache), and debugging tools (XDebug).
• Proficiency in JavaScript libraries (Bootstrap, Foundation, Node.js, ExtJS, jQuery).
• Familiarity with build engineering tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) is a plus.
• Experience with PHP-based content management systems (Pimcore, Joomla, Drupal).
• Understanding of ecommerce payment gateways, cron jobs, error handling, and network protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
