Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned purchasing expert to spearhead our procurement operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing institutional purchases, developing vendor relationships, and implementing end-to-end purchase procedures.

  • Manage institutional purchases for schools
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Implement procurement requests, purchase orders, contracts, quotations, and invoicing
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead project management for new procurements and replacements
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • 8-10 years of purchasing experience and procurement work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Flexibility to travel within the region is required.
