Job Title: Wealth Management Executive

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that will drive business growth and revenue through strategic client acquisition and wallet-share expansion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building long-term relationships with high net worth individuals, family offices, and senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients while acquiring new ones to meet ambitious AUM targets.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored wealth planning and investment solutions aligned with clients' financial goals and risk appetite.
    • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure optimal investment strategies and provide guidance on tax-efficient investment options.
  • Wealth Advisory & Solutions:
    • Advise clients on a wide range of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
    • Provide succession planning guidance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
    • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the company's wealth management and third-party product suite.
  • Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve AUM targets by focusing on client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
    • Leverage existing relationships to grow the client base through referrals and networking.
    • Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
