The role of Production Executive involves overseeing the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating production schedules, managing inventory levels, and supervising a team of assemblers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage inventory levels by tracking stock, ordering supplies, and verifying receipt of materials.
  • Supervise a team of assemblers to ensure they have the necessary tools and information to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools.
  • Prepare work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
  • Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
  • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
  • Verify specifications by measuring completed component.
  • Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
  • Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturers instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
