Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing production operations in our Nashik facility. The successful candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain quality standards, adhere to safety regulations, and lead a team of production staff to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising Production Team: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production operators and technicians in Nashik, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Production Planning and Execution: Implement production schedules and ensure that production targets are met within specified timelines and quality standards.
  • Workflow Management: Monitor and optimize production workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Identify and address any bottlenecks or issues.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications. Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all production personnel in Nashik. Conduct regular safety checks and address any hazards.
  • Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet production demands.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the proper use and basic maintenance of production equipment. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues, including equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, and process inefficiencies. Implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to production staff in Nashik. Identify training needs and coordinate with HR for further development.
