We are seeking a professional to scale lifestyle categories by building strong partnerships and driving business growth. This role offers strategic ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and high visibility in a fast-scaling consumer business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Management & Partnerships:
  1. Identify and onboard homegrown and established lifestyle brands.
  2. Negotiate deals with improved margins and enhanced visibility.
Category Management:
  1. Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business goals.
  2. Create assortment plans and ensure product availability.
  3. Track trends to curate relevant selections.
Business Growth & P&L:
  1. Drive revenue and margin growth through pricing, promotions, and forecasting.
  2. Boost GMV growth through campaigns, activations, and events.
  3. Monitor competitors and market trends for new opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  1. Work with sourcing, design, supply chain, technology, finance, and marketing teams.
  2. Share insights on customer journey, merchandising, and platform improvements.
