Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain secretarial records of the Company, ensuring timely updation and efficient filing systems.
- Update and maintain statutory Registers and Records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit forms, returns, and applications with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, maintaining accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare agendas, notes on agendas, and minutes for Board, Board Committees, and General Meetings, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Support the preparation of annual reports for the Company, providing valuable insights and information.
- Prepare notices, agendas, and minutes for all Societies/Trusts meetings across the Group, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
