We are seeking a highly skilled Professional to join our team as a Client Service Manager. As a key member of our lifestyle management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily concierge operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team operating across rotational shifts to offer 24/7 service. They will be able to build meaningful relationships with clients, understand their lifestyle preferences, and proactively offer tailored solutions.

This role involves rotational shift management, including mornings, evenings, and nights, to ensure continuous support for our global clientele. The successful candidate must be open to working across all shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Supervise daily concierge operations and ensure consistent, exceptional service delivery across all shifts.
  • Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of lifestyle executives to uphold service standards and handle client requests across time zones.
  • Client Relationships: Build meaningful relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle preferences and proactively offer tailored solutions.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with a network of premium vendors, partners, and service providers to meet client demands promptly.
  • Escalation Management: Manage escalations and resolve client concerns with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 year of experience in luxury hospitality or client servicing.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver white-glove service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong connections in the luxury space, with access to exclusive experiences, venues, and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; multilingual fluency is a strong advantage.
  • Highly discreet, with the integrity to handle sensitive client information.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and client communication platforms.
