Operational Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Operational Data Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

  • Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines for operational data from diverse sources.
  • Develop advanced propensity models (e.g., payment likelihood, risk segmentation) to solve core business problems.
  • Create real-time dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for operational performance tracking.
  • Perform statistical analysis to optimize field force efficiency and collection strategies.
  • Lead A/B testing of operational interventions and repayment solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity across high-volume transactional systems.
  • Mentor junior team members on operational analytics best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-8 years in Data roles at operations-heavy startups (fintech, logistics, e-commerce, or similar).
  • For Senior Candidates (4-8 yrs): Proven propensity modeling experience is mandatory.
  • Degree in Statistics, CS, Economics, or related quantitative field.
  • Expertise in:
  • SQL + Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
  • Power BI/Tableau.
  • Statistical modeling for operational decision-making.
