Technical Lead

The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day technical operations, ensuring seamless execution of our software development lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
  • Develop and assign work schedules/tasks for the team.
  • Review ongoing operations and rectify any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in design and code reviews to improve the quality of our products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Provide technical support to operations or other development teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills with Java EE, SQL, JavaScript, JMS, REST, and SOAP services.
  • Experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring Framework.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Experience in leading a team through all phases of the software development cycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

Additional Information:

  • Exposure to Apache Camel or other integration frameworks is an asset.
  • Ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
