Key Role: Head of Credit

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill a pivotal leadership position within our organization.

  • This highly sought-after role involves leading the credit function, driving strategic growth, and ensuring effective risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess at least 18-20 years of industry exposure, with strong experience in handling credit functions in Banking or NBFC.
  • Proven track record of leading the credit function for a minimum of 2 years, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and expertise.
  • In-depth understanding of credit policies and processes, including lending and lease products.
  • Risk professionals with 15+ years of experience, adept at managing portfolios comprising SME and corporate clients.
  • Exposure to multiple asset classes, including automobiles, equipment, real estate, and leasing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Sound understanding of technological advancements and digital tools used in credit underwriting and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of lending norms
