Product Design Lead

We are seeking a skilled Product Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products and services.

Your primary focus will be on designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces that meet the needs of our customers.

To achieve this, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research.

You will be responsible for defining design principles, frameworks, and processes that improve efficiency and consistency across our products.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in product/interaction design, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

They will also have experience building products for complex workflows and be comfortable working in an IC role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of our products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
  • Define design principles, frameworks, and processes
  • Hire and mentor junior designers

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in product/interaction design
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience building products for complex workflows
