About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Forecasting Lead to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our Commercial – GBS unit, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of high-quality forecasts for key products on a regional and/or global level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain global forecasts for obesity, including operational units/region/key markets.
  • Lead the LTF process for market access price inputs to global LTF.
  • Prepare best-in-class market analyses and mid-long-term market projections for senior management and affiliate GMs.
  • Collaborate with HQ functions to align assumptions and forecasts.
  • Develop market models and lead the LTF process for market access price inputs.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business, engineering, or life sciences.
  • 10+ years' experience in pharmaceutical forecasting with a broad knowledge of therapy areas and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset.

About the Department

The Commercial – GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS. Our team is dynamic and fast-paced, working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
