The Scheduling Team Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate roster creation using IEX (NICE WFM). This individual leads the scheduling team to ensure adherence to forecasted volumes, headcount, and SLA commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the scheduling team to guarantee seamless schedule generation and exception handling
  • Oversee shift allocation, leave management, and labor law compliance across multiple LOBs/processes
  • Conduct regular audits for schedule hygiene, adherence to internal policy, and SLA commitments
  • Collaborate with forecasting, real-time analysts (RTA), and operations teams to address coverage gaps and overstaffing
  • Drive automation and efficiency in scheduling through tool features, macros, or process improvements
  • Support short-term and long-term capacity planning by sharing data-driven insights on scheduling performance
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior schedulers on IEX functionalities and WFM best practices

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in IEX (NICE WFM) and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and team coordination abilities are also essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on expertise in IEX (NICE WFM) with strong understanding of scheduling logic and modules
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and time-series formulas
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills
  • Experience in handling multi-skill, multi-queue scheduling environments
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
