Job Summary:
">Maintain application and infrastructure job schedules, investigate issues, and perform repairs as needed.
">About the Role:
">This position is responsible for designing, updating, and maintaining scheduling tools and architecture. The successful candidate will create, update, and maintain run and recovery procedures daily. They will also ensure the maintenance of batch schedules for a distributed environment using CA Workload Automation AE (Autosys) software.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Design and maintain scheduling flows, calendars, and associated resources
- Daily scheduling of job runs and attendance at weekly standup meetings to discuss any reported issues
- Investigate and repair abends in application and infrastructure job schedules
- Maintenance of Linux systems with respect to application support
- Use ITIL framework to manage incidents, changes, and problems
- Develop and debug scripts using shell scripting and Python programming languages
- Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins and Ansible is preferred
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in Production Support - Unix, Windows, DevOps. They must possess good understanding of Enterprise Scheduling Architecture, Linux, and Oracle Database. Experience with Autosys, ITIL, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Now is preferred.

">To be successful in this role, you should have strong hold on Linux and knowledge of a wide range of interface design, development, and debugging tools, techniques, and methodologies.
