Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Lead to spearhead the development of scalable applications. This role requires expertise in software architecture design, cloud platforms, and leading development teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide solutions architecture support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in technical implementations.
  • Oversight of development teams, ensuring best practices and technical guidance.
  • Conduct training sessions and mentor developers on technical best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience working with multiple backend technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following tech stacks: Nodejs OR MEAN, Reactjs OR MERN, Python.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
