Senior Backend Golang Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Golang Developer to lead our team in delivering complex, scalable applications. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend systems that meet the demands of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and efficient backend solutions using Go as the primary language.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our backend systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the frontend team to ensure smooth functionality and user experiences.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, driving technical innovation within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
  • At least 4 years of professional experience as a backend developer, with a proven track record of building complex, scalable applications.
  • Proficiency in Go Language or similar languages.
  • Experience with frameworks such as Gin, Echo, Spring Boot, or Django (plus).
  • Solid understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Master Level in containerization technologies Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Previous in-depth level experience with AWS or Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to motivate the team with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
