Director of Analytics Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Analytics to lead our data-driven decision-making efforts. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing cutting-edge analytics strategies.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics vision that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement data models, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements and develop actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our analytics capabilities remain competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a unified data strategy across mobile, web, marketing, product, and operations data streams.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, CRM, operations, and finance teams to ensure data is democratized and actionable.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to support business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data & analytics leadership, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing analytics teams.
  • Deep technical expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms and tools, such as AWS or GCP.
