About the Position

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

As a leader of FP&A, you will partner with senior leaders to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives. You will also provide actionable insights and trend analysis to inform decision-making, oversee financial reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning strategies.
  • Provide expert insights and trend analysis to senior leadership.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and investments.
  • Design and implement financial modeling, planning tools, and processes.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments and, ideally, in manufacturing.

A typical day involves reviewing key financial reports, leading team meetings, collaborating with department heads, and presenting insights to the executive team.
