Cybersecurity Professional - Network Detection & Response">

Our organization is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional with expertise in network detection and response. This role focuses on advanced network security, anomaly detection, and threat mitigation.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with IDS/IPS technologies, firewall rule tuning, and detection of advanced threats such as brute force, DoS/DDoS attacks, and network anomalies.

We want candidates who are detail-oriented investigators, able to dig deep into anomalies, traffic flows, and attack patterns. They should also be problem-solvers with the ability to think like both an attacker and defender.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, being able to translate technical findings into business-relevant insights. Leadership qualities, including mentoring junior team members, are also essential.

The role involves leading NDR strategy and execution across client environments, configuring and optimizing IDS/IPS rules, performing deep network forensics, and managing and tuning firewall security controls.

Required skills include certifications such as CCNA Security, CCNP, or CCIE (Preferred), GSEC, strong knowledge of TCP/IP and UDP protocols, and expertise in IDS/IPS technologies.

Experience with network forensics, Netflow/Biflow analysis, and scripting abilities in Python, Bash are also necessary. Working knowledge of the MITRE ATT&\
