Key Roles and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for overseeing a team of business associates and managers.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage business associates and managers.
  • Coordinate and implement regulatory trainings to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular meetings with business associates and managers to discuss income and goal setting, as well as progress toward targets.
  • Pursue joint field work with business associates and managers to source insurance policies and drive business submissions.
  • Clear pending cases and ensure timely documentation and medicals.
  • Train distributors on achieving higher first-time right submission rates.
  • Achieve monthly objectives and targets while motivating managers and business associates through contests and sales enablers.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including customers and distributors.
  • Pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Focus on driving renewal premium collection efforts.
