Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

This is a senior-level role that combines technical data expertise with project management and client-facing responsibilities in the pharmaceutical data space.
Responsibilities:- Managing data aggregation projects from conception to delivery
- Developing data management and reporting systems
- Working with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data
- Client relationship management and communication
- Team leadership and mentoring
- Coordinating with US-based teams and clients
- Managing project finances and deliverables
- Bachelor's or advanced degree
- 8-10 years of professional experience
- Proven experience with patient and/or payer data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market
- Strong Python coding skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word)
- HIPAA-compliant data management experience
- Experience with specialty distributor EDI data (852, 867) preferred
- Knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets (CRM, payer reference, claims) preferred
- Strong project management capabilities
- People management and mentoring skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in international matrix environment
- Willingness to work US hours with 3-4 hours overlap
