Business Intelligence Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing professional to lead implementation projects. This role involves building scalable data models, pipelines, and dashboards for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture, setup, and delivery of analytics solutions using cloud-based tools.
  • Develop custom calculations, time series functions, and metrics tailored to business KPIs.
  • Extend and maintain semantic models to support complex reporting needs.
  • Design and implement data pipelines between various systems.
  • Build data models, transformation logic, KPIs, and dashboards for finance and operational reporting.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and performance bottlenecks across data layers.
  • Define best practices for solution design, governance, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand reporting requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing.
  • Strong implementation experience with cloud-based BI tools and Autonomous Data Warehouse.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and reporting needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Cloud certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
