Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Reporting Analyst. This individual will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include delivering regular performance reports, analyzing key performance indicators, building and maintaining dashboards using business intelligence tools, presenting complex insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintaining data accuracy, supporting workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis, and recommending process improvements based on data insights.

  • Key Performance Indicators: Analyze KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate reporting to inform decision-making within the contact center.
  • Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards using business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
  • Workforce Management: Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and track process improvements based on data insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros), strong knowledge of business intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio), solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Additional requirements include strong communication and data storytelling abilities, excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, strong knowledge of business intelligence/reporting tools, solid understanding of SQL.
