Job Title: Senior System Executive

Overview of the Role:

\

The Senior System Executive will be responsible for maintaining and configuring network devices, ensuring stable internet connectivity, and coordinating with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.

\

Responsibilities include:

\
  • \
  • Maintaining and configuring network devices such as switches, UTM, AWS firewalls, and antivirus systems.\
  • Ensuring stable internet connectivity and coordinating with vendors for hardware and speed-related issues.\
  • Assisting in configuring and maintaining various applications including mail services, Office365 (mail, teams, SharePoint), and Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\
  • Supporting new and existing software infrastructure under senior guidance.\
  • Providing IT support to users for hardware and software issues.\
  • Interacting with users to identify and diagnose issues promptly.\
  • Coordinating with vendors or engineers to resolve issues and manage quotations or support-related requests.\
  • Maintaining backups for email archives, location data, and server information as required for compliance and operational continuity.\
  • Supporting GST team and location users on GST-related system tasks.\
  • Assisting the Tender Filing process by ensuring required system settings, applications, drivers, and configurations are available and functional.\
  • Exhibiting good verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally across departments.\
  • Maintaining a polite, service-oriented approach while handling user concerns.\
